Questions Buyers Ask Us

Are your water slides commercial-grade or the cheaper backyard kind?
Commercial-grade, built for repeated hard use. We manufacture from 550gsm PVC tarpaulin, double-stitched with polyester thread, with welded reinforcement on the sliding surface — made to survive the use a rental business puts a slide through, not occasional home use.
How does the water work — do I need special plumbing?
No special plumbing. Our slides run off a standard garden hose that sprays water down the sliding surface. You supply the hose and connect it to any normal tap — it's not included, but any garden hose fits.
Can I use it without water?
It depends on the type. Our elevated water slides have a downward slope, so they can be used dry — a bit of aerosol furniture polish on the surface makes them slippery enough, meaning you're not limited to summer. Slip-and-slides are different: they're flat, with no slope, so kids run up and dive along the surface — and only water makes a flat surface slippery. That means slip-and-slides are a wet-use product. Not sure which suits you? Ask us and we'll point you to the right one.
Do you make custom sizes and branding?
Yes. We design and manufacture to your spec — custom dimensions, custom colours, and your logo or branding printed on. Because we cut our patterns by CNC from CAD designs, custom builds come out precise and repeatable.
How long does an order take?
Typically 14 to 21 working days from order to delivery, depending on the design and how custom it is.
What's included when I buy a slide?
Every slide comes with a blower and a carry bag, and is covered by a 12-month manufacturing-defect warranty. You supply your own garden hose for the water.
Do you deliver? I'm not in Johannesburg / I'm outside South Africa.
Yes. Delivery within Gauteng is a flat R350. Outside Gauteng, we send by courier, quoted case by case based on your location. For cross-border orders into the rest of Africa, we can arrange shipping for you, or you're welcome to arrange your own freight or collect from our Fourways, Johannesburg factory.
How do I know you're a legitimate manufacturer?
