Yes. The inflatable base the bull sits on is the landing mattress — it's part of the unit, and it's what riders land on when they come off. There's no separate crash mat to source.
The operator runs both the spin and the buck from the control box, and sets how hard each one is. For young kids you keep it gentle; for a confident crowd you turn the spin and the buck up until nobody lasts. Both actions increase in intensity — bucking isn't a separate "advanced" mode.
A standard 220V household wall socket. No generator, no three-phase, no electrician — plug it in and run it.
An operating manual comes with every bull. The controls are straightforward: set the spin and buck intensity, watch the rider, and ease it off when they've had enough. Most operators are comfortable after a few runs.
Yes. The 12-month warranty covers the whole unit — the motor and mechanical parts, not just the inflatable mattress. If a manufacturing defect shows up in the mechanics within that period, we sort it out.
A mechanical bull is made to order, with a lead time of 30 to 60 working days depending on our current order book. We'll confirm the timeline for your order when you enquire.
Yes — we've built over 10,000 inflatables since 2011 from our own factory at 14 Pommery Road, Nietgedacht, Fourways, with rental operators around the country running our gear. You're welcome to visit, and we're happy to provide references.
Yes. Delivery is a flat R350 within Gauteng, couriered and quoted case by case elsewhere in South Africa, and we arrange shipping (or you organise your own freight) for cross-border orders into Africa. Delivery cost is confirmed on your formal quote.
